Assembly Notice
All lighting products are shipped unassembled to ensure safe transportation.

Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement.
- Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 5% fee to cover restocking and material preparation.

Shipped Orders Cannot Be Cancelled
Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Return Policy after it has been delivered.
