Who is Oasislives?
Oasis Lives brings exquisite lighting and home decor directly from our factory to you. Since 2015, we have been committed to providing the most beautiful and diverse home furnishings of uncompromising quality at surprisingly affordable prices.
Where is Oasislives based?
Oasislives is an international company with a global presence. Our products are shipped from different warehouses around the world to ensure fast and reliable delivery to our customers. Our head office is located in Hong Kong, China.
Ordering and Payment
How can I place an order?
Placing an order on Oasislives is simple and secure. Just follow these steps:
- Browse through our collections and select the item(s) you want.
- Add the product(s) to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout, where you will enter your shipping details and choose your payment method.
- Confirm your order and wait for the confirmation email with tracking details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
All transactions are securely processed to ensure your safety and privacy.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you do not want the product, you can contact us to help you cancel your order. However, you need to contact us at support@oasislives.com before shipping the order.
For non-customized orders, you can still cancel your order after this time as long as the product has not yet shipped.
If the order has not been over 24 hours, we will issue a full refund.
If the order has been over 24 hours and the customer needs to cancel the order and the product has not yet shipped, we will charge a 15% handling fee.
Once the product has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Note: Customized products cannot be cancelled.
Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination. Please check the shipping options at checkout for the most accurate information on availability and fees.
How long does shipping take?
Due to recent changes in international tariff policies, we are making adjustments to our shipping process.
Starting April 15th, all orders will be automatically switched to air or sea freight. The estimated delivery time will be 15-25 days. If you need expedited shipping, please let us know as soon as possible. Expedited shipping fees or potential tariff costs may apply.
Note:
1. For packages with a maximum diameter over 91CM (36 inches) You may need to wait more extended time(At least 25-35 nature days).
2. If you need a particular logistics method, Please contact us at support@oasislives.com.
How can I track my order?
Our delivery time begins when the order is accepted. Your products will be processed and shipped on business days. Please note: During promotions, this may take longer.
When the package leaves the warehouse, the tracking number will be sent to you via the contact information you provided. Using the tracking number, you can check the latest location of your package.
Please note: The waybill number must match the shipping service company.

Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We focus on the pursuit of product quality and efficient customer service. We are committed to providing a hassle-free buying experience for every customer. We offer our customers 30-day conditional return support. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
We can accept your return, but we do not accept free returns for any reason. Please refer to our Refund policy for details.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and applied to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges will be treated as returns and re-purchases. Customized items are not eligible for exchange.
Product Information
Are the products easy to install?
Yes, all of our lighting fixtures come with detailed installation instructions and necessary hardware. However, for more complex installations or to ensure safety, we recommend professional installation.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All of our products come with a 2-year warranty, during which time we will provide free replacement parts for any quality problems that arise from proper use. For example, the lamps, you are installed indoors, but you must be installed outdoors, resulting in breakage, leakage we will not be responsible.
Can I install chandeliers on a sloped ceiling or a chandelier lift?
We offer many chandeliers that can be hung from sloped ceilings - you can see the Sloped Ceiling Compatible icon in their Product Overviews.
If you don't see the icon, the chandelier itself may not be compatible with sloped ceilings, but we can customize to make it work. Please contact us at support@oasislives.com for more info.
What materials are your products made of?
Our products are crafted from a variety of high-quality materials, including glass, metal, wood, and crystal, depending on the design. Each product page includes specific details on the materials used.
Do you offer dimmable chandeliers?
The chandeliers with LED strips are not dimmable; others can work with compatible dimmable bulbs and dimmer switches.
Please note that bulbs are not included. You can easily find them in local stores, like Walmart or Home Depot.
Do you have a physical showroom that I can visit?
Sorry, we don’t have a physical showroom yet. Our office is in Sheridan, and our manufacturers are in Asia.
What kind of Crystal are you using?
K9 Crystal is what we are using.
What is K9 Crystal?
K9 is a Chinese Optical Borosilicate Crown Glass. It has low inclusions and bubbles. It is used for lenses and prisms for lasers and optics. It has good physical properties and can be polished like leaded glass. It also weighs approximately 15% less than full (24%) leaded glass (crystal). A US equivalent is BK7. Feel free to check more details in our blogs.
How should I prepare when shopping for lighting?
First, know your budget. Second, if possible, look for pictures from magazines that reflect your taste. Third, collect fabric swatches or color chips for any area you are redecorating.
How do I know which power supply to use?
First determine the application (indoor dry, indoor damp, outdoor). Not all power supplies can be used in every application. Next, calculate the total wattage of tape light that will be used. To calculate wattage, multiply the total number of feet by the W/ft. of the tape light. Finally select a power supply that is equal to or more than the total wattage of the tape light.

Can I request a custom design?
Yes, Oasislives offers customization services for select products. If you're interested in customizing a lighting fixture, please contact us with your specifications, and we will work with you to create a design that meets your needs.
Do you offer discounts for bulk or trade orders?

Safety and Compliance
Are your products certified?
Yes, all of our lighting fixtures are certified to meet the safety and compliance standards of the regions they are shipped to, including SAA/UL/ETL/CE/CSA Certifications and RoHS certifications.
Are your products energy efficient?
Many of our lighting fixtures are compatible with LED bulbs, which are energy-efficient and long-lasting. We recommend using LED bulbs to save energy and reduce your carbon footprint.
