The total delivery time is a combination of processing and shipping time. Estimated delivery times by shipping method are:

  • Tracking may not update during sea transit; resumes after customs clearance
  • We cover all shipping costs and import duties
5. 🧾 Taxes & Import Duties
  • Air Freight and Ocean Freight: All applicable shipping and duty fees are covered by us.
  • Express Shipping: Import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6. 🔧 Assembly Notice

All lighting products are shipped unassembled to ensure safe transportation.
Assembly is required upon receipt. Our prices do not include installation or assembly services.

7. ❌ Order Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 15% fee to cover restocking and material preparation.
  • Custom and made-to-order items are non-cancellable once production begins.
8. 🚫 Shipped Orders Cannot Be Cancelled

Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Return Policy after it has been delivered.

9. 🔄 Changing Orders

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at support@oasislives.com. We will make every effort to accommodate changes based on the status of your order.

10. 📦 Returns

My husband and I assembled this together, although it took some time, they said it wasn't difficult. Wow, the effect is truly amazing! I often find myself staring at it. The quality is excellent, and every penny was well spent.

Once you hang it, and put all the crystals on it, you will not be disappointed. Without the crystal it is boring, but when you add the bling it’s simply breathtaking. The crystals are glass, not acrylic and it does take a couple hours to install and put together. But so worth it! Now I’m hoping they sell the table lamp version of this for my living room!

When you complete your order, we will send you an order confirmation email or order SMS confirmation message to your cell phone. If I receive a broken product, what should I do?

First of all, you don’t need to worry about this problem because most of our products are packed in wooden boxes. Inside the wooden box, we also put cardboard boxes and so on, so our products generally do not appear broken phenomenon. Is it possible to customize the size, color and specification of this product?

We will send you the design drawing and give you confirmation, we will start the production after your confirmation, and we will send you the effect picture after the production is finished, and finally we will send it to you by express.

How can l cancel an order?

Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with it?

We are able to return and exchange the products within 30 days.
If there is no problem with the quality, you can just ship the product to us (shipping costs out of your own pocket) and we will deduct our shipping costs; the actual amount of the lamps will be returned immediately;
If there is a problem with the quality, we return it free of charge;
we deal with these issues by providing actual evidence, such as photos, videos, etc.; and by describing the product clearly in writing;
