Orders submitted through our website are typically processed within 7–12 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and carrier information.
Note: Made-to-order or customized lighting fixtures may require additional production time. We will contact you with an updated timeline if applicable.
The total delivery time is a combination of processing and shipping time. Estimated delivery times by shipping method are:

All lighting products are shipped unassembled to ensure safe transportation.
Assembly is required upon receipt. Our prices do not include installation or assembly services.
Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Return Policy after it has been delivered.

The quality of the light is very nice, packaging and delivery was exceptional. My only hesitation is the color of metal is not as vibrant as pictured. It appeared gold in advertisement, yet it was a dull brownish metal upon delivery.
