Assembly Notice
All lighting products are shipped unassembled to ensure safe transportation. Assembly is required upon receipt. Our prices do not include installation or assembly services.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement.
Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 5% fee to cover restocking and material preparation.
Custom and made-to-order items are non-cancellable once production begins.
Shipped Orders Cannot Be Cancelled
Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Return Policy after it has been delivered.

If I receive a broken product, what should I do?
First of all, you don’t need to worry about this problem because most of our products are packed in wooden boxes. Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with it?
We are able to return and exchange the products within 30 days.
If there is no problem with the quality, you can just ship the product to us (shipping costs out of your own pocket) and we will deduct our shipping costs; the actual amount of the lamps will be returned immediately;
If there is a problem with the quality, we return it free of charge;
we deal with these issues by providing actual evidence, such as photos, videos, etc.; and by describing the product clearly in writing;
