    • Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 15% fee to cover restocking and material preparation.
    • Custom and made-to-order items are non-cancellable once production begins.

    When you complete your order, we will send you an order confirmation email or order SMS confirmation message to your cell phone.     Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with it?

    We are able to return and exchange the products within 30 days.
    If there is no problem with the quality, you can just ship the product to us (shipping costs out of your own pocket) and we will deduct our shipping costs; the actual amount of the lamps will be returned immediately;
    If there is a problem with the quality, we return it free of charge;
    we deal with these issues by providing actual evidence, such as photos, videos, etc.; and by describing the product clearly in writing;
