Care & Maintenance of Fabric
- Gently vacuum fabric surfaces regularly using an upholstery attachment to remove dust and prevent dirt from becoming embedded in the fibers.
- Immediately blot (do not rub) spills with a clean, soft, undyed cloth to prevent stains from setting. Use a mild soap solution with water for spot cleaning and always test cleaning solutions on an inconspicuous area first.
- After cleaning, allow the fabric to air-dry completely. Avoid using heat to speed up drying, as this may damage the fabric or cause shrinkage.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, bleach, or products containing ammonia or solvents, as they can discolor or weaken the fabric fibers.
- Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause fabric to fade. Position furnishings away from strong, direct sunlight whenever possible.
- Rotate and fluff cushions regularly to maintain shape and ensure even wear.
Care & Maintenance of PU Leather
- PU leather can be wiped with a leather cleaner and a soft cloth to remove stains and dust.
- Keep it away from direct sunlight and high-temperature environments to prevent the leather from hardening and fading.

The total delivery time is a combination of processing and shipping time. Estimated delivery times by shipping method are:

- Tracking may not update during sea transit; resumes after customs clearance
- We cover all shipping costs and import duties
Taxes & Import Duties
- Air Freight and Ocean Freight: All applicable shipping and duty fees are covered by us.
- Express Shipping: Import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Assembly Notice
All lighting products are shipped unassembled to ensure safe transportation.
Assembly is required upon receipt. Our prices do not include installation or assembly services.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement.
- Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 5% fee to cover restocking and material preparation.
- Custom and made-to-order items are non-cancellable once production begins.
Shipped Orders Cannot Be Cancelled
Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Return Policy after it has been delivered.

Questions about orders
When you complete your order, we will send you an order confirmation email or order SMS confirmation message to your cell phone. After your order has been successfully processed and shipped, we will update you with your logistics tracking number via email or SMS. If I receive a broken product, what should I do?
First of all, you don’t need to worry about this problem because most of our products are packed in wooden boxes. Inside the wooden box, we also put cardboard boxes and so on, so our products generally do not appear broken phenomenon. Secondly, there have been many buyers who have placed orders with us and they are satisfied with the products they received, so you don’t have to worry too much. Finally, if there is a problem, we will also give you a timely solution.
Is it possible to customize the size, color and specification of this product?
Of course you can, we can make the lamps to your satisfaction according to your needs.
We will send you the design drawing and give you confirmation, we will start the production after your confirmation, and we will send you the effect picture after the production is finished, and finally we will send it to you by express.
How can l cancel an order?

Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with it?
We are able to return and exchange the products within 30 days.
If there is no problem with the quality, you can just ship the product to us (shipping costs out of your own pocket) and we will deduct our shipping costs; the actual amount of the lamps will be returned immediately;
If there is a problem with the quality, we return it free of charge;
we deal with these issues by providing actual evidence, such as photos, videos, etc.; and by describing the product clearly in writing;
