Project Background:
This project is located in Austin, Texas, featuring a private villa that blends modern design with natural comfort. The owner, Mark Dawson, provided us with a sample and requested a custom-sized lighting design that accentuates the architectural lines while adding visual depth and an artistic atmosphere.
Design & Production Process:
Over a two-month period of design and production, our team meticulously refined every detail to ensure precise proportions and dependable quality. The lighting concept harmonizes perfectly with the villa’s modern architectural style, while the reflections and refractions through the glass leaves create dynamic layers of light and depth, adding both warmth and artistic character to the space.
Chandelier Selection
1. The Stardust chandelier is manufactured from thin glass leaves and represents a cost-efficient yet beautiful alternative to the thicker and more expensive hand-blown leaves used in our other collections such as Magnolia, Maple Leaf, or Linden.
2. We used the following metal finishes: Shiny Gold / Brushed Gold / Matte Gold / Antique Gold.
3. We used hand-blown crystal components, combined with durable gold or silver metal parts featuring a protective coating. The high-quality stainless steel mirror finish ensures a brilliant and enchanting glow.
4. The chandelier is equipped with 24 dimmable LED light sources, allowing the brightness to be adjusted to suit different times of the day and various activities. Energy-saving technology minimizes power consumption without compromising style or lighting performance.
Project Outcome:
Installed inside the villa, the Stardust Chandelier becomes a striking focal point with its airy form and soft illumination. By day, it reflects natural light with clarity; by night, it glows warmly, creating a romantic ambiance. Its harmony with the villa’s modern architecture adds a touch of elegance and artistry to the space.
