1.Which product – it will be best to send us the SKU number or the link to the product.
2.The specific color that you want for the base, like Brass or Bronze.
3.The specific size about the width, depth and height, like W 32” X D 10” X H 10”.

When you complete your order, we will send you an order confirmation email or order SMS confirmation message to your cell phone. If I receive a broken product, what should I do?
First of all, you don’t need to worry about this problem because most of our products are packed in wooden boxes. We will send you the design drawing and give you confirmation, we will start the production after your confirmation, and we will send you the effect picture after the production is finished, and finally we will send it to you by express.
What do we do about shipping?
The product package size is less than 40 inches, we use express delivery such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, etc.; the transportation time is generally 7-14 days;
If the package size of the product is larger than 40 inches, we use ocean shipping; the last delivery is by truck or express shipping; the shipping time is usually 4-6 weeks;
