Definition
A seller is the owner of a website – the person to whom a purchase order is placed.
The buyer is the person or organization that places the order.
The goods or services are the products ordered by the buyer from the seller.
Payment Method
All payments shall be made upon completion of the order. If payment is not received or the payment method is rejected, no charge will be made for the products and no shipment will be made. Due to non-payment, the buyer will lose ownership of any items. We only accept Paypal as a method of payment. (Direct payment by credit/debit card and payment via Paypal payment gateway)
Shipping Policy
The seller will pay for shipping and the amount will be calculated by the seller at the time of purchase. If the item is lost in transit, the seller will refund the buyer the total cost of the item including shipping. Shipping charges may increase for international shipments or rush orders. The buyer will not be responsible if the item is damaged in transit. Seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the services or products it provides to Buyer will not be lost, damaged or destroyed.

Refund/Return Policy
Items are entitled to a refund or return if the buyer notifies the seller within 30 days of the date of purchase. The buyer must contact the seller via email (support@oasislives.com) or through the customer account page on the website to process the return. Not all items can be returned. Shipping costs incurred for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer will be responsible for the charges. If you have already paid, you can contact support@oasislives.com to cancel the order.. We will not be able to cancel an order if the product has already been shipped. We hope you understand.

Complaints
Any complaints regarding products or sellers should be directed to our customer service team. Please send an email to support@oasislives.com. Resolution is not guaranteed. Each case will be viewed individually and the seller will be contacted.
Sales Tax
As an individual seller, we will not add any taxes to your payment. The price shown on the website is the final price + shipping.
Legitimacy
Once the buyer receives the goods or services, the seller is not responsible for any health or safety issues. The seller is not responsible for any damages caused by the buyer’s purchase. Any dispute arising out of the use of this site is governed by the laws of the state in which the site owner is located. These billing terms and conditions are subject to change.
